In these sessions, we’ll gently explore what’s stirring inside, creating a space for deepening awareness and coming back to the heart.

I’ll meet you where you are, and together we’ll be present to what unfolds, bringing clarity and peace.

  • Investment $100 per session

Amanda is the founder of Support to Freedom, offering trauma-informed emotional support for individuals navigating anxiety, overwhelm, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

Her work is grounded in presence, compassion, and nervous system awareness. She provides a calm, confidential space where clients can gently explore their experiences without judgement or pressure.

She believes healing does not come from being fixed, but from being deeply heard and supported in reconnecting with one’s natural resilience.
